Prof. Nitin Zanzane is a passionate and skilled Pastry Chef with over ten years of combined industry and academic experience in the culinary arts. He specializes in crafting innovative and exquisite desserts, with expertise in artisan breads, pastries, chocolates, and a diverse range of confections. His proficiency in advanced pastry techniques, food safety, and pastry design principles makes him a valuable mentor and educator.
Prof. Zanzane serves as the Faculty Examination Coordinator for the School of Hospitality & Hotel Management (SHHM) at Ajeenkya D Y Patil University. In addition, he leads the ADYPU Chef’s Club and the Alle’chante Food and Beverage Club, fostering culinary creativity and innovation among students. He plays a pivotal role in organizing and overseeing school-level events, industrial visits, and student mentorship programs.
Furthermore, Prof. Zanzane is actively involved in institutional development, serving as the NAAC Criteria 3 & 4 In-Charge for SHHM, contributing to academic excellence and quality enhancement. His dedication to culinary education, student engagement, and event management makes him an integral part of the university’s hospitality program.
